brake noise

When i apply my brakes on snow or ice or even when i hit a bumb or something it makes a big rumbleing sound as if the system is falling apart. I asked the dealer about this and they said it's normal. i don't believe them. has anyone heard of this problem? is it normal?

It's your ABS system and its normal.

yeah, be glad you hear a rumbling on ice instead of *crash*.....

ya but the problem is that they barly work... you have to push the brakle so that you don't hear it or else you won't stop
