ever since i gutted my cat a year ago that ses light has been on. if i remove the bulb out of the cluster will that mess anything up in my dash, just want the light gone.

you can just cover the lens with a piece of electral tape on the inside.

Why don't you use a O2 simulator to get the light to go off.So when your ecm does detect a problem you will know about it.That little light can tell you the difference between a slight problem and a major problem.

i'm with maximus....fix it right so that you'll know if you have a problem later down the road...also the comp might use a different timing curve and change the fuel requirements if the ses light is on....this would hurt power and gas mileage...

ive never seen a o2 simulator for the 4 cyl , are they pretty much all applications, or there is it a model that i havent seen yet?

It's still the same purpose and application.And basically nothing more than a resistor wrapped up in a plug and play convenience.
