will a fluid flush fix my hard 1-2 upshift and torque converter not locking up? i have 82,000 on it and its mostly highway?
also will a 4l60e out of anything else work with a s10 ecm with no modification? like a 99 2wd fullsize truck?

If tcc is not locking up, then there are codes set. What are they?
Any full size (2wd to 2wd) 4L60E will work.

i would check you throttle position sensor. that one little batard could cause all the problems you are mentioning.

it could be the fluid being to worn down, but I am drunk and may not be right, sparky please help, I think I'm right but more than likely not, maybe the tranny fluid has not been changed and the magnet has alot of stuff build up on it to the point that it needs to be cleaned. I don't know I am so drunk I may say the oil needs to be changed or you may find what you need on www.ebaumsworld.com

I cured our 99 blazers 1-2 hard shift by replacing the tcc-pwm solenoid, you have to drain the tranny fluid & drop the pan, its right there, may as well get new tranny filter & fluid also, the solenoid cost me 27.50 .
