rear sway bar help!!

OK guys i have a 95 s10 and i have a rear sway from a 2003 extreme with all hardware .problem is the 95 don't have the holes at the top of the shock mount.i have tryed to drill with my reg drill but it's to much of an angle and to tight and i have my bed off. so if anybody has any suggestion's let me know thanks.

My Hellweg sway bar came with a mounting system that would clamp on the frame. There was two pieces of 1/4" steel that sandwiched the lower part of the C frame.

I eventually made my own mounts similiar to the ZQ8 style so that they would be more rigid. I think the frame was flexing with the Hellwig design.
