I cant wait... it will be the day that the big project begins. I am ripping apart the 350 that i have, cleaning everything up. Taking the block to the machine shop... and ordering my intake,carb,headers, rebuild kit, and mounts. Hopefully... withing 2 months i will be screaming throught the streets with my 350.

Glad to hear you getting to start your project.So what plans do you have for the engine like cam grind,compression,and so on.Always good to have a game plan before ya start.If I can make a suggestion,don't go over kill like so many do.Get an idea of what HP your gonna shoot for and what the purpose of the engine is gonna realisticly be.If ya need any help or have any questions just post up.

i will be posting alot haha. I am working on it with my girlfriends bro and he has built close to 8 350's so far... and i can tell ya. his nova is a piece of work. We have been talking about it and he said the same thing as you... dont over do it.. find what you want and stick to it. He has made plenty of suggestions on how much hp HE would go for and what type of carbs, intakes, headers, mounts, etc etc that he would choose. Right now however,.. lol we are more worried about ripping this motor apart and finding exactly what we need to get done.
