What is better to run with a HPPIII programer a 180 deg. or maybe somthing lower?

A bit more engine wear with the 160 so my inclination is towards 180 or 195. Now, if it's just for that last bit of power, the 160 will produce a bit more due to the extra fuel (provided you can burn it).
Personally, I don't run 160 stats in anything that sees street duty.
