newer clip?

has anyone ever thought of putting a newer blazer front clip on a 1st gen blaze? i was wondering how hard you think it would be.

you can also slap a caddy grill or a trail blazer grill on a s-truck. hell you could slap a yogo grill or a hummer if you wanted too...

That's old school rodding.. If you look some of the rods from the 30s-40s-50s-60s you'll see allot of stuff like mismatching cars to come out with truely original rides. Aftermarket was the junkyard back then. The most common thing was and still is to take bumpers and grills from outher cars and put them on your car.

I have been thinking of how a first gen camaro grille, with hideaway headlights would look on a first gen S 10. I dont have the technical skill to do it, and I still havent been able to work out all of the details. I would draw it but i cant draw to save my life so that takes that out of the equation.

if ChooChoo custom parts is still in buisness they made a urathane SS front end in the late 80' for the s-10 that looks like an 84-92 camero style clip (wasn't a big seller).If you can get ahold of them They may have a couple still laying around. I almost picked one up at a meet last year, but didn't know how rare they were at the time

but as for makeing a camero front clip fit a s-10 u need a special welding machine to fuse the urathane together. I've seen one at harbor freight but didn't pay much attention to it(i'll see what I can find on them)

i just thought it would be awesome to re work the front end, so the black plastic would screw in, just like the grille does now on my truck. Damn i wish i could draw, just so i could show what i am thinking of in my head

I dont know... this s10 with the trail fron clip looks sic to me... i think it may look a little nice on a blaze just to keep the SUV look....

I saved both of those images to my pc then opened them in photoshop
the interior on the suicide door image, you can see the back of the interior and the side of the seat has been fudged. the wheel seems really strange and the lower trailing edge of the hood line is off. you can also see where the pixels have been blurred of pushed around. if they are not photoshoped then the quality of the image is very low. however i suspect photoshop.

the truck, the fender is flat black with no reflections, the rest of the side of the truck has some sort of reflection. there are many places where the pixels do not blend from one to the next, instead there are sharp gradations of color change illustrating a modification to the image, or, a poor quality image.

i'm not expert but once you zoom into the pixels you can see where the modifications were made.

choo choo customs ust to make allot more stuff. I remeber them cause they made an almost perfect SS front clip the monte carlos and elcaminos, but yes that's the same company
