Adding a small (8-12") electric fan to the front of the condensor will drop outlet temps. an addl. 5-10 degrees at low engine speeds. Get it small enough to fit in front (pusher fan obviously) and activate the relay with the hot wire from the A/C clutch. Subaru fans seem to work well, are small and plentiful. Other imports with a small frontal section will work also.
The other is the variable orifice tube. This replaces the fixed orifice tube that comes in our trucks and at low engine speeds reduces orifice size to keep the evap from getting flooded (reducing evap. temp.). Drops outlet temps another 5-15 degs at low speeds. The less the humidity, the more the drop in temps.
