Wind sheild Wiper Squirter

When i try and use the windsheild wiper fluid it will not spray out it just flows out and pools on my cowl. I have had it off and i do not think it is clogged what is the best way to get this working right?

I would start out with the pump and see if it is putting out sufficient pressure. Could be clogged up at the pump intake screen.

If pump is doing good, just follow the lines to the cowl. Been pretty successful using compressed air blowing backwards through the nozzle to clean them out.
