Turbo Spline ?

okay were putting in the HT-383 stroker and we ordered a Abruzzi Racing Transmission. we got a Super Pro Powerglide w/ 1.76 1st gear, 300M Turbo Spline, Steel Billet High Gear Clutch Hub, Dual Ring Servo, Deep Cast Aluminium Pan, Universal Shift Lever, and a SFI Shield. Pro Tree Trans Brake. the question i have is what is a 300M Turbo Slpine. does that mean i can use a TH-400 Torque Converter, or what? thanks for the response.

The turbo splined powerglide allows you to use the much more popular turbo converters rather than being stuck with PG only converters.

All my PG's get turbo shafts.

thanks sparky, we talked to Marco Abruzzi himself and told him what we were planning to do with this truck and he built this tranny for us, got it all assembled and its bolted up in the truck right now, once we get everything seated in im going to take some pictures. nice fit, looks like it should be in there.

oh yea they are nice. wanted the best so we wouldnt have to worry about driveline failures while staged at 5000 RPM. just gotta keep the front wheels on the ground. thats a problem of its own. by the way sparky, i uploaded a video of me doing a burnout at Maryland Int'l raceway in my 4 cyl 5 spd. ya might wanna take a look at it if you have high speed internet. on that run i turned a perfect reaction time. deep staged tho
