View Full Version : New Guy
Whats up, im new to this forum.
Just purchased a 2001 Blazer Xtreme. It stock for about another week then im putting a custom sub enclosure and sound setup in it. New radio, screen in dash, ps2 and a few other goodies. Nitrous Express Wet kit, cold air intake, exhaust, viper remote start alarm system and lowering it.
Then to follow that up soon to come is SS mirrors, street scene inserts, zr1 wheels painted black with polished rim. House of Kolor paint job with two tone gloss black with candy red and pinstriped divider graphics. Also painted dash and so on.
Just thought i would say hi and give yall a break down of whats too come.

Yes, ask away on the audio stuff, I used to install at Best Buy and I am a MECP (Mobile Electronics Certified Professional) XxInFaxX and I should be able to answer the q's on the audio's.

The Shot is wet and the highest i will go is 75.
As for the audio i used to be an installer for circuit city for 3 years. Was scheduled to take my certification test but never did. Also worked at cartoys for a while. Even competed in db drags way back when.
I'm going with a custom ported enclosure fiberglassed then vinyled for one 12" sub and amp with optima red top. Sub is going to probably be a MTX 7500 and the amp is a Zapco AG-350. The headunit is going to be the JVC KD-AVX1.
Also help is always appreciated, i am very knowledgeable but still new to this vehicle so any help or suggestions is always appreciated.

Hey 20Xtreme02!!!
I live IN Vancouver...I work for Freightliner Trucks down on Swan Island...
Are there any clubs around here for Blazers...I'm part of a Chevelle club already since I own a '67 Big Block ragtop, but I'd love to see some more slammed blazers in the NW...
