3rd seat ?

hey yall im new to the site(great site BTW). My grocery getter is a 2000 S10 extended cab w/ 3rd door and a fold up back seat . I have had my truck for five years (2 months and itll be paid for) and the fold up seat has only been useful one or 2 times (my dog wont even sit in it). I'd like to take it out and do something else with the compartment , something like a tool caddy (tools , oil ,cleaning products, etc.) Has any one done this Or something else with the fold up seat ?

I've hear of ppl taking it out and puting a subwoofer there. This is what i plan on doing in the future.

I think with mine Im just gunna make a sub enclosure that covers up most of the back and will cover up over that seat that way if I have to sell my truck in the future I can always just take that enclosure out and not have to mess with the seat in case whoever buys it does want the seat in there.

I know a guy on ebay that makes them and sells them on there for about 150 per box, he can make them for both sides
