My 2002 Xtreme Blazer has power windows. The driver's window will go all the way down with one touch, what Chevrolet calls "Express Down". Does anyone know how to make the passenger window do that also?

im sure its just something in the switch/relayish...get the assembly from another driver side window and swap it.
might be trickier than it seems... One touch window controls are usually routed through a body controller, a seperate ECM from engine ECM & trans PCM. I think I've seen power window retrofit kits that have one touch in 'em.

I haven't looked any further into this but you are probably right. I think its called a BCM for Body Control Module. The dealer can program the ECM maybe they can mess with the BCM also. In fact I think that's how some of the Pontiac keyless entry systems are programmed.

I had a nissan 350z & if you held the unlock button on the FOB for a few seconds it would put the windows down.. i wish i could do that w/ my truck.

Yeah, I could go for a neat trick like that. I've also wished I could open the sunroof with the fob. I could start cooling the interior a few minuets before heading out to the truck.

..hmmmm... not a bad idea. but is there any way to do it w/out a remote starter kit?
Currently run some DEI modules for mine. They not only give express down for all 4 windows, but they all close on arming my alarm, or open incrmentally or fully with the extra channel button on my remote...Very happy with them...About 50 bux.

Can you tell me what DEI modules are? i'm not familiar.
DEI is a manufacturer.... They make viper, hornet, etc.. DEI stands for Directed Electronics Inc.
You don't need a DEI alarm system to make them work, any alarm system works fine. When you arm them they go up, when you click a spare channel they go down incrementally per button push (for venting) or hold it down and all 4 windows auto-down.
1 module is good for 2 windows, so if you have a 4 door you will need 2 modules
You would need a DEI 530T http://www.directedstore.com/cgi-bin/commerce.exe?preadd=action&key=530T&reference=/cgi-bin/commerce.exe%3Fsearch%3Daction%26keywords%3Dall%26 searchstart%3D30%26template%3DPDGCommTemplates\Ful lNav\SearchResult.asp%26category%3DA_SE
