I just installed the Black Cat Custom gauge face in my '02 Blazer which has a blue glow when the lights are on. I went into the radio and some of the switches to paint the bulbs in there blue so they would match the gauges in color and brightness. I found that most of those bulbs had a blue "condom" on them already (from the factory). But the light from the bulb illuminates my switches white rather than blue. Whatupwhidat? Why wouldn't the color be blue? I put some of the condoms on my dome lights and got blue light from them but that didn't work on the switches. I'll convert to LEDs eventually, but in the meantime....
