Dashboard Stuck

Im trying to remove my dashboard and its hung on something. I've removed all the bolts/screws and disconnected most of the wires.. Am I doing something wrong?? Stereo and dash gauges are out.

Im doing all this to replace the heatercore =( Somebody shoot me now..

What year and model are you working on? Are you trying to remove the dash pad? Are you sure it needs to be removed to replace the heater core?
