Switching filters - Help

I have a no name intake but I want to change the actual filter to a K&N....How do I go about getting the right on to fit on it??? actually the one on the last post with the intake - well that filter looks about like what I need but what measurements do I need to check in order to get the right one, and will it make a difference compared to the cheapo thats on there?

Measure the filter that is on there right now.

Then go to www.summitracing.com, and under
online store>air and fuel delivery>air filter elements and wraps>air filter elements>universal app(yes)>the rest depends on what you need

Then you can measure the current one, and you will have a k&n. Or, you could try your local auto parts store.
