I want to lower my 1984 blazer 4in in the rear and 3in in the front can I do this and run the stock wheels and tires?

The tires are 1 size big is that still ok?

By one size, do you mean you went from a 215/75R15 to a 225/75R15?

yes
yeah you should still be fine. but it would defintally make your truck look better with some low pros
