Alright, this was a pretty straightforward kinda deal, put the bolt in the hole and tighten it up. I only put on a front sway bar, havent looked at the back, but I doubt there is one there. If there is, Ill do a separate writeup on it. I might be able to offer some way to do it more easily. I began by removing it from an 85 S-10 (currently in for TOTM) so I already had the necessary hardware, etc. I began by setting one of the end links in the hole in the lower controll arm, putting the rubber bushing and washer on, and getting the bolt finger tight (just so it wouldnt fall off). I then used a jackstand to brace it up, so I could go to the otherside and put the drivers side end link in the lower controll arm hole. I put the rubber bushing and the washer on, and again, just getting the bolts finger tight. I then moved to the frame mounts. My application used two 10mm bolts for each of the two frame mounts. The holes wernt tapped, but the bolts started easily enough and went into the frame mounts already drilled. I tightened the bolts up until they were snug, then moved onto the passenger side and repetated. This makes the sway bar supported on its own, so I could ditch the jackstand . I moved onto the end links and, using a socket with a 9/16 deepwell on the bottom of the end link, and a 9/16 box wrench on the top to prevent it from spinning. I tightened it up as tight as I could get it, then moved back to the drivers side. Once all of the bolts were sufficiently tight, I went back and tightened the frame mounts all the way, being careful to not overtighten. Then it was time to get everything to sit right. I took it for a little test drive, and as compared to NO sway bars, it handled like it was on rails. I cant wait until I get my 2/3 drop in to get it to handle a little better. Once I was done "test drivin" and making sure the tires would still spin a little bit :) I came back home and made sure everything was tight. This was an easy instal, took me no more than an hour and a half to remove everything, and reinstall it all. I did it in my yard, so its not something that necessairly takes a shop to do. Hope this little bit of info makes your life easier, like I said, earlier, the jackstand to support was the best way I could go about it without another set of hands to help me. As for a size, it is whatever came stock on an 85 S10.

Soon as I find a wrecked one, im upgrading. I see how you guys get hooked on this handling stuff. I took the truck on a 200mi round trip little jaunt saturday night. At 100+ the truck didnt vibrate any more than it used to at 80.

I think as far as handling goes this will probably be my next thing. a buddy of mine did it and made a really big difference.

i put my rear bar on last night. im impressed. i went from no sways at all to the zq8. it made a big difference. now i just need to get the front bar on. there is still some signifigant roll in hard corners, but now the rear end tends to sling out a little. so yeah, i have been driftin in the noma. lol. i should have the front one one tomorrow.
