Ok guys it seems like everytime i get a small block rounded up when i get to the heads they never have accessory holes in the front. Now i am looking at a set of 327 double humps but from what i have heard they dont have the mounting holes either which is not cool.

you can always drill and tap your own holes just be careful so you don't hit the water jacket

put the brackets up to the engine block to mark where the holes should be then you can figure out where to drill the holes

You probably wont find any 327 double humps with accessory holes in them. I dont believe they were ever produced with them. You might want to seek out a newer head .
The double humps were good heads for their time but, not all that good even when compared to some newer stock heads.

I would go with vortec heads over old style 041/double humps anyday of the week. They have been proven to flow more and make more power than any other stock GM head made and they are CHEAP!!They will have the accessory holes you need and out of the box ready to bolt up and perform. And not only are they cheap they are easy as hell to find. Here is a set on Ebay I found on a simple search.Vortec heads (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/5-7L-Chevrolet-Vortec-engine-CYLINDER-HEADS-sbc-350_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33617QQitemZ8015147 103QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW#ebayphotohosting)

I don't think those are the same as the performance head here. Not sure though.

Only differnce is the GMPP are new but they are still just the standard oem vortec head.Just sold under GMPP because of the power increase.Like they sell a LS1 smallblock that came stock in F bodies. It's a stock engine just sold under GMPP for the obvious reason. There was one production vortec head that was a poor performer in the low to mid power band. The casting number is 10239906.So check and make sure you don't get them. Here is a article that explains it all for anyone wondering about vortec heads.Iron Vortec Heads (http://www.chevyhiperformance.com/howto/97458/)About all the info you wanted to know about vortec heads is in that article.
