So that's why I don't see too many of these things anywhere- everybody wrecks the damn things!

If those are all your trucks, then you have some sh** for luck. If they are yours now, then you may have some decent finds. Good luck.

Nothing I hate worse than seeing a fine piece of automobile wrecked all to ****.It's like seeing a vintage car in a movie get demolished you just cringe when ya see it thinking "What the hell are they doing!!".I just saw a movie the other night that had a 69 SS Camaro flip about 10 times destroying it.I wanted to choke the **** out of the film makers.

That would be a good move to choke'em.

Reminds me of that one episode of Trucks!. Stacy said all those trucks he built- the v8 s10, the Silverado (or was it a F-250?) with the tracks, and whatever other bad-ass machines he built were all sent to the crusher. Makes me ill just thinking about it.

I remember that episode. Good one too. Wished that I had seen the build up of the V8 S10.

Focking GM and their prick teazers!!I would buy a well equiped V8 powered S10 in a heart beat.Imagine a LS2 powered S10 with a 6 speed manual on a ZQ8 suspension and reinforced frame for more rigity.Only thing I don't like about S10's is the frame structure. It could be stiffen up with little work boxing in the frame some. But oh what a S10 that would have been.I would honestly trade my TA for that package like that. Not just a drivetrain swap like has been done by thousands of us.No a GM built drivetrain from the factory. But that ain't gonna happen so oh well.
"make it ...please"
Wish they would of.
Weird, why did they use the LT1, and not the ls1?
Didn't the Xtremes start in '99 ?
and the LT1 variants stopped after 97'

Here's a good one. Why an LS1 in an '04 GTO. Wasn't that a 3-4 year old engine?
And they can't figure out why they're broke........

How does GM screw up so much let us count the ways lol. That truck was probably being worked on for a few years hoping GM would go with it.But of course they didn't.Or it could be a typo in the article.Look at how they put it has a ZO8 suspension instead of ZQ8.

That and I have yet to see a LT1 rated at 340hp even in the last vette to be powered by it.The LT4 was rated at 330hp if that gives ya any clue.

they say all those trucks got crushed because of liability. see what happens when people start sueing everyone else.....good trucks get distroyed for no reason.
