HELP: Installing the Nut Kit / 4.3 Vortec

I am installing the new "nut kit" aka- gas lines on my 95 blazer. The gas lines have been disconnected but I am having trouble with the plate connected to the manifold which holds the lines in place. This plate is mounted to the manifold...but I cannot see the plate nor the bolt that bolts to the manifold. It's a really tight fit between the manifold and firewall.

Question.... What size is that bolt? And are there any tips on getting off and back on???? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
