Better 1/4 with stock blazer?

if you gutted a 3893 lb. blazer, only left necessaries, added light weight parts, sheet metal, and fiberglass fenders, could you potentially run low 13-14 second 1/4 miles with stock 4.3 vortec engine? It would be so much weight taken off I think you would be able to.
