Ok first I do know how to do the pads but i need to do the roter/hub assembley. i have taken it off but when i put it back on it did not sit right i had to get it fixed it was loose. so my question it who has done it and how tight do i tighen the bolt down on the spindal. i see the hole for the cauter pic so it should not be that tight. and what are some tips on the seal part.

The castle nut should be about 11ft/lb's or finger tight

Yes, & then put a new cotter pin through it..be sure to bend the pin over so it doesn't come out.
