hey guys i wanted to tell you guys ill be going awd

i know all the process and all ... but for now i cant find a frame 4x4 off a reg cab short box 1st gen
so i will take a 1st gen frame 4x4 reg cab long box shorten the frame or take the back part of mine to fit on it ...
so my main question is how much time should it take to remove everything that is on the frame ... box, cab, fenders, engine (350), tranny gas tank .......

i might box in the frame at the same time and put the rear section of the frame a little by the inside to clear 335's...
