can anyone give me some advise... I have a 1993 s10 blazer vin w with a cpi .. my gas mileage has droped to about 15 mpg ... I have done a complete tune up (fuel filter, air fliter, spark plugs and wires ,new cap and rotor) but know improvement . I checked the fuel pressure with a gauge and its within vehicle specs ( 60psi when i turn on the key and about 54 psi when running ) so i went and opened up the intake .. inside i see that it is a little more cleanier on the fpr side but not a lot also there are little puddles of fuel in the lower side of the intake that are black (i guess do to cabron mix) can any one give some advise.. oh also the vehicle has about 100,000 miles on it .... thanks

If you have puddles of fuel there is a leak some were. And the CPI usually need more than 54psi to run correctly. You only have one injector to open up all of those poppet's.If you see the signs of the regulator leaking I would go ahead and replace it.Check out the spider unit to and see if there is any damage.Has it been replaced that you know of.
