As far as pre-fabbed, I dont think you are gonna find anything. You have a couple of options. You can build one yourself, out of MDF and have a squared off box, that you can then cover with material of your choosing, you can 'glass one youself, or you could go to your local stereo shop and have them make one for you, but labor cost will be high on something like that.

Id offer to build you one if you wernt so far away, but shipping on top of my cost and what I would charge would be rediculous.

ya the real problem would be the cost of getting it made.. I priced it and a square box for my truck just to fit behind the seat is about $100.. i can only imagin what it would cost for what i want thanks for the help.. i'll probably try and make a box myself. it may not turn out the best but once covered it should be fine.

After you screw it all together, make sure you use a wood glue and put it along the seams on the inside so it's air tight.

NOOOO!

Use the wood glue with the screws. Use something different to caulk it. Ill look to see what we used to use when we custom fabbed it

shut up tom. Ok anyway use the wood glue on the edges where the pieces are going to connect ie the flat sides for the most part then screw that together and for a seal you can use and type of silicon sealant or a caulk either way.

Look, I'm not here to help out with the box, but don't start with telling folks to shut up, every one has their own way of doing things, and we also have opinions, I suggest you read the terms of service here next time you decide that you are right and tell folks to shut up.

We go to school together, and like Sparky said, we are buddies. He knows not to lip off to me in real life ;) so he does it on the net.

if you are uncomfortable building one on your own , i would check out your local shops and see what they can do for ya , both in MDF and fiberglass . in most cases fiberglass is 1.5 to 2 times the price of a MDF box , but the plus is they can do whatever you can think of with it .
