I'm thinking of the '04 being the first one. Dunno. Don't have to dump it but it doesn't get driven much anymore.

Interesting perspective. I remember the same thing being said about the 77-78 Z28's. Original purchase price around 6-7k if I remember right. Sweet untouched ones are hovering around 20k or so now.

They will be worth something one of these days. Just look at the 30's and 40's cars. Hell even the 3rd gen F-bodies are still selling for just under their original sticker prices. Just because they say GTO, they will have some value.

although the fact that they are fatter and have smaller tires than the 4th gen f-body sky rocketted thier prices
