you may want to get a couple more amps for those subs ..... they will need more than 200 to a pair .

i would just buy 1 large amp to put out the desired RMS wattage at the final impedence load of the subs .

I would agree with xtc. I would also go with a bigger cap then a 1-5 which the round ones usually are. Check out this website www.onlinecarstereo.com

i would need to find amps the same dimensions as the 2 i have. when you see it installed youll understand. :) and even with the 2 i have it hits really hard.

What if i got 2 more of the same amp? i could hide those behind my seat

Go ahead and let them. They are a hell of a good amp, a buddy of mine used to compete with them.

i was thinking the same thing. but ill have to sell my 2 kenwoods first. They want $500 a piece for those memphis amps. but then ill only be 1600 into my system.:D

I went ahead and bought my new dash speakers today while i was there. got Memphis 4x6's. those things are pretty bright reflecting off the windshield lol.:coolspot:

Memphis makes a great D-Class amp. But shop around. And see if someone can match it. The only thing I really like about Memphis mids and highs is there warrenty. My Infinity's in my truck sounds better then my buddies Memphis. But I'm bout to trade out to some Focals in the doors and that will make a GREAT difference.

you could drop down in wattage a little and still be giving them ample power .i would aim for the 1200 to 1800 RMS range and see what you can find . there alot of amps that will make rated power in that range for less than 1000 bux , which is what the MC1000d's woll cost ya .
hifonics makes some pretty decent amps for decent prices .
this amp from boss the blx3500m (http://www.bossaudio.com/home/catalog/public_html/catalog.php?sNs=1&deptNum=3#383) is a nice amp for what it is . yes i actually said nice and boss in the same sentence . it will do NEAR rated power ( i wont say it will for sure since i havent really laid into it yet , but i am sure it does perform ) 2000 watts @ 1 ohm , 1700 @ 2ohm and 1200 @ 4 ohm are the box specs , and for less than 500 bux .
there is also MTX .
MA Audio
you could also look into refurbished or used amps .
also check out ikesound.com
you may also try some of the competition forums or dedicated audio forums . you may even find a few good deals on e-bay .
just remember to do your reasearch b4 buying anything . look at RMS ratings only . be sure it will produce the desired RMS wattage at the impedence load you will be running . check out the same amp on the manufacturer's site and a few others to make sure all the specs match up .

happy hunting ....
