I AM GOING TO SWAPPING A LT1 INTO A 97 S10 THAT WILL HAVE TO PASS EMMISSIONS AND BE A DAILY DRIVER. I DONT HAVE ANY IDEA OF HOW TO SWAP THE ELECTRONICS INTO IT. I AM ON A BUDGET AND CANNOT AFFORD THE CURRENTPERFORMANCE.COM WIRING HARNESS. I ALSO NEED TO KNOW HOW THE T56 FITS IN THERE AND HOW TO NOTCH THE FRAME FOR THE AC. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME FAST STARTING SWAP ON MAY 31ST AND HAVE TO BE DONE BY AUGUST 31ST.THANKS:)

What electronics are you having problems with? Im gonna assume you have a 97 4.3 vortec

no i have a 2.2 with a t-5 trans. and i wasnt yelling im just in a hurry.

Use the complete wiring harness and computer from the donor vehicle. You will need to make some mechanical gauges.

so what do you guys think, is a lt1 or a 5.7 vortec easier to install into a 97? what is easier to change oil and to upgrade price wise i ordered the JTR book but its not here yet
