Rear Brake Question

im getting a 4.10 with a G80 for my 98 2.2 4cyl. all i have to do is take it out and install it in my truck. i was wondering if leaving the drums on the rear and disconnecting the parking brake would be harder than unbolting the drums and bolting up the drums from my truck to that rear. thanks, John

Are you getting the whole axle or just the center section?

the entire rear end, i just want to get it installed soon because test and tune is this saturday and i need to get this thing dialed in.

If its got discs it would be easier to undo your p brake and re-install it. nIce find by the way

yea its got the drums, i just didnt want to mess with the parking brake and all the springs, just a pain in the butt. but might as well do it right
