trouble with exhaust

alright i bought a cat-back system and i got everything off (of the old exhaust) except for the 2 bolts that connect the pipe to the cat back. they are so rusted i couldnt get them out even with all of my weight and im afraid to cut it because i need the holes where the 2 bolts are to connect the new exhaust. so what should i do? someone said cut the catylitic converter off, but i dont have a welder or anything. any ideas?

PB Blaster applied liberally for a couple hours should soak through and allow you to break them loose. Or, borrow a grinder and just grind the heads off.
