Broken Compressor switch

The electrical connector that is just behind my compressor clutch broke, can I replace just it or do I have to replace the whole compressor? 95 4.3

Go to the salvage yard and cut one off and splice it on.

It's not the wire part but the part that the wire clips on to.

That would be the clutch coil. It is available separately. But, a new Delphi compressor can be had for around $200. The coil will set you back 60-80. Wonder which would be the better choice for you.

Of course, you don't have to evacuate and recharge the system to replace the coil.
