what cartridge is needed to read a 95 s10 w/4.3 cpi? i believe it is obd 2 sp do i need the 96 newer cartridge?
Where is your pcm located?

I think you are right..under the dash is obd1...

If it has an OBD2 connector, you have to lie to the scanner and tell it it's a 96.
The ALDL is under the drivers side.
