my brakes on my 03 are better at 80 than 10

i was just wondering if anyone else had a problem with the brakes on their s10, i have a 03 that has better stopping distance going 80 kms than if i was going 10, i have also replaced the master cylinder twice in 2 months and have new brakes all round.
