can I us a 1.5 DIN?

I have a 1.5 din aftermaket unit laying around. Can I just put it in without any kit? And what kit would I need? I cant find anything that will take 1.5 dins..its on 01' S10

should, the stock s10 radio isn't double din, its din and a half

You just need the ear brackets for the sides. You'll have to have those. But there is no "kit" for a 1.5 din radio as our stockers are 1.5 din.
