Yep you heard me. I work with EDS and they need someone to train new tech support agents in India. I'm going to be leaving the U.S. in about 2 weeks and I'll be over there for about 2 months. I should have full access to the internet but I don't know how much time I'll have. Just want to give all of you guys a heads up so you don't think I've just up and disappeared on you.

Well damn...too bad you dont have a compitent staff to run the site while you are gone!

Well the business trip has been pushed back just a bit due to paperwork. Nothing to do with me but negotiations of service level contracts and such.

You guys are too negative. If we want to talk to Joker, we just need to call tech support for the next 60 days. Seriously, be careful, and don't teach them too much. Do like Homer did on the Simpsons a couple of weeks ago. Tell them about unions and paid holidays and sick pay.

It's not EDS's decision to send it there. It's the clients... in this case GM.
