the financing for the 88 vette would work out, my mom didnt want to put the house up for colatteral so the bank would give me the loan (do i blame her?) so ive been on the prowl for a S-10 or blazer (xtreme) to be my daily driver. well i came across a 1991 GMC Syclone #886 57,000 Miles for sale at a local dealer. this works because they can finance it for me, and the insurance coverage is cheaper than a 03 xtreme blazer. its within my price range sitting nicely at $13,900. rollpan aftermarket dual exhaust and a tonneau cover. looks great in pictures. am i nuts or would you guys do the same? a little more than i wanted for a daily driver, but only comes around once and a while.

It is very nice... go for it. May still be around... can't be too highly advertised, I check autotrader for this area all the time.
BTW, those didn't have power mirrors?
Never mind, I see it on there... I'm not sure there is a big market here for those, though...

i found it on auto trader. it says full power so im assuming it does. i gotta talk dad into going up with me so he can test drive it, and of course pull over and let me get a feel for it, if its still there and i can get it financed then im goin for it.

Kinda' like owning a 'vette. Need that second vehicle for when it's down.
I'd jump on it.

see thats the thing, i need a daily driver, i have the insurance paid up on my 98 untill july, by then i should be in a better position to either fix its few problems and continue insuring it or drive this.
