You will need the following tools:
1. A T50 1/4 inch drive socket (star pattern)
2. 1/4 inch rachet
3. Flat head or stanard screwdriver
4. Pliers either needle or slipjoint will work
1st thing to do is of course open the 3rd door! Next remove plastic covers (2) on the seatbelt that hide the ugly star bolts (2) and remove them.Simply but carefully pull off plastic door panel. You should see all the metal clips there that hold it in. If you are missing one check the ground and in the door (hence there is your rattle). If your missing one go get a replacement from your local junk yard or local GM parts dealer. Take off all the clips with your screw driver and pliers. Once you have them all off take your pliers and squeeze the clips back together where they hold on to the platic panel. Replace all your clips on the panel (note: they will be a bit harder to put back on). In the middle of your panel there is a long piece of plasitic sticking out its a guide piece be sure its in its own hole before you start smacking the panel in. Once you get the guide in begin snapping the pins back in make positive you have them all lined up of course 1st. After they're all in replace the seatbelt and bolts making sure that the seatbelt is on correctly. Shut your doors and take a spin listening for the rattle which should be gone!
