Crappy Day

Well today was a long day at work. Went in at like 4:30 and then on the way home stop at the bank about getting a loan and deposited my check. Then hop in the beater and roll home. Then all the sudden some old german chick blows thru a stop sign and I tag the front corner of her Subaru. I get out and she tells me I was speeding. So I just grab my cellphone and call the cops and ignore her. Then the cops get there and she told him I must have been doing 50 or something. I have a 2.5 with 250,000 plus I'm lucky to hit 50 in the POS. But the cop turn around and gave her two tickets. and had to get mine towed to my parents due to something is pushed against the motor and its knocking really bad now. The damage isn't bad but they will probably total it due to the age and condition of the truck but I'll buy it back and rebuilded. Heres a pic.

Well I figure this is a reason to pull the motor and get some new parts that I wanted.

Okay well the insurance comany is calling it a total loss. So they offered me $1500 minus 150 to buy it back. But they still have to pay for towing which is 160 so its all good. I found a front clip for 75 bucks!!! And got a satin baby blue single stage paint for free from my buddy down at Keystone. So here soon it will be baby blue with a front clip. Hopefully the 96 will be fixed this weekend cuz then this truck will be parked to get my 383 stroker in it. So all is looking up in my life

that sucks man, fiberglass full flip front end,everything happens for a reason (that dosent explain my ex g/f) looks like youll come out on top with this one. at least it was the beater truck

well I would go with a full glass front clip but since I found a stock one for 75 I think I will just rock a stock one for awhile.
