made my first 10 second pass. didnt go as deep as i wished it would have but a 10 second pass none the less. 10.97 @ 122.33 with a new best 60' of 1.55. that is with the 3k converter. also that night got a new best mph of 124.93, ill call it 125 for bragging purposes. cant wait to get that new converter and trans. should go well into the 70's if not the 60's. for those of you with more money than me, feel free to send a 4500 converter and trans my way. thanks in advance.

I use JW Transmissions here in Florida. 1 free re-stall if done within the first 90 days. Like getting 2 converters for the price of one.
we have a JW built PG in our drag car.
*edit...congrats on hittin 10's. I hope that day comes for me

Sounds great. What is in this truck to push it to 10's.Im curious.I have one very fast TA and I have yet to hit the 10's ....yet anyway.I have done a little work since lasy year and with a new rear that can handle the power I won't hold back any like I did last year. But my car is set up different suspension wise then what it was last year too.More towards auto cross than 1/4 mile but I am still gonna take her to the track again this year.So who knows what results I might get.But I am real curious what your running.

Almost a replica of the Monte engine 'cept I have a solid lift cam (huge), 4500 stall and a PG.
Post up the time slip if you can. Or just the numbers. Your mph seems down compared to mine although your 125 best is exactly what the Monte runs. It's clicking through at 10.7-10.8.
