Had a recall repair done on the Aveo today

It was reprogramming the ECM, sitting here I just remembered that OBDII doesn't exist in S. Korea, where the car is built, and the reprogram was for diagnostics, and now I just thought DOH!!!!!!!! My car is now OBDII, The Man now knows everything I do! DAMMIT!

Any car sold in the US under any brand has to be OBDII compliant.And it wont be long till they are all gonna be reguired to be OBDIII compliant.That is if the auto makers,EPA,and Federal government ever decide on a final version of what OBDIII should and should not be allowed to monitor.But that's another story in it's self.

I was just kidding about the OBDII thing, I forgot to put in what the recall was for, when they would hook certain Aveos to the computer, all faults would show in Korean
