so your no longer a semen, I mean seamen???? I have bo idea about navy rank structure but congrats anyways how longer have you been in??? My brothers going to navy bootcamp in chicago july 7th any tips I can give him??, Ive got a couple years til I'll be e-4, reserves are so slow
