Anyone see this? Now road rage is a disorder... Now even more people have an exemption from accepting responsibility for their own actions. :rolleyes: "Hey, I got mad and I ran that guy in the Honda off the road and sent him over the bridge abutment, BUT it wasn't my fault. I've got IED and I need help."
