Said Farewell to our Colorado this weekend...
The Rado was my man's ride and with increased responsibility at work (he is a carpenter), the fact we have a house that is falling apart and a couple of hungry horses, the Rado just wasn't cutting it anymore. We'd have to take several trips to get hay and we had to get materials delivered for large construction projects around our hourse... with living out where we do, the delivery charges are ridiculous. Plus with the looming S10 BAJA/K5 hybrid project we need something to take the 'leftovers' from the 2 trucks to the dump.
SO, we shopped around and ended up getting this (2002, 3/4 ton HD, 6.0L manual):

Got it for 10K, almost 4K under book! AND, it took a lot of dealing and almost walking out, but we got what we wanted for the Rado and our payments are much cheaper.
