radiator swap to sealed system

Have any of you guys replaced a old style radiator that has pressure cap and overflow with the newer type sealed radiator? I was thinking of doing this for one reason or another and would like to no ur opinions.Will it work,is it worth the effort,if so how do you go about the swap?

It's really unnecessary as you would still have to have a pressure cap and remote reservoir. Now, if space consideration was an issue, it might be justifiable.
