I have seen these intake spacers. They raise the intake 1". Now here are a few questions that I have.

What are the benefits if any?
More hp, torque?
Better or worse fuel economy?
Well thank's for the inputs.

VMAX spacer may not work in conjuction with some aftermarket intake kits due to clearance.
Street & Performance Electronics has developed the revolutionary VMAX manifold spacer that delivers dramatic performance from your late model engine. The one-inch thick billet aluminum VMAX spacer up to 31% more air volume under the plenum in late model modular intake manifolds that translates into solid performance gains in horsepower and torque. Dyno tests show increases of over 21 HP and 21 ft/lb of torque with VMAX spacers installed. The spacer is simple to install and the kit comes complete with instructions and all the necessary hardware and gaskets. VMAX will also work with the Helix Power Towers.

Thanks. Me too. To much money for that little benefit. I'm probably going to get a Mach performance stage 3 engine, and a Huges transmission. But that's next year and another store.
