2.8 - 3.4 swap

I am about to give up on my 2.8 in my truck. I am thinking about swapping it for a new 3.4L. I was reading up on it at.. http://www.crateenginedepot.com/store/HT-34-V6-Crate-Engine-S10-Truck-Repower-12363230-P25C56.aspx
and it says on there that it was interchangeable with the '82-'85 2.8L Carbureated engines. My question is, will those motors be a bolt on for my truck? mine is an '89 with the TBI and a 5 sp.. would it be possible to get it to work right? would i need a carb and new wiring ran for it to work? If anyone has information let me know.

Like he said, in short it will bolt right up, all the 60deg motors were the same, with the exception of a few clutch bosses in the camaro motors and such.
