A couple days ago I had to go to the hospital for a torn back muscle that I "earned" working out, I'm ok, hurt a little, they gave me vicadin, but I can't take it at work. I hope it heals back up ok, or there goes my chances at the WWE World Heavyweight Championship

oh its feeling alot better now than it did two days ago, been taking in alot of protein and it has helped alot, back to the gym today!

Take some glutamine, it helps repair and recover torn muscle tissue. It is good to take it if your working out, even without an injury.

all the protien and suppliments i take have glutamine, i think 5000% of my daily value is good lol

Another thing you probably already know...
Vitamin C and alpha-lapoic acid are two supplements that help you asborb more protein. Alpha-lapoic acid can be found in some protein shakes. Sorry if my spelling is off.
