What can I do to clean my intake manifold??

Im rebuilding my (fpr) (just replacing the diaphram and gasketts) and when I took off the top of my intake manifold one side is washed from the fuel leak I had but what can I do to clean the rest without screwing anything up?? These engines are new to me so any extra advice you could throw my way when attempting this repair would be greatly appretiated!!

Stuff rags down in the intake ports, then, using spray carb. clean and a toothbrush you can clean the rest of the intake. After re-assembly, warm up the engine and follow up with a sea-foam clean through the PCV valve.
