RAMJET350 w/4L60E

I want to do engine swap in my 1994 Sonoma ZR2 220000 miles. I started to look at Ramjet 350 with ecm and harness equiped, and also replace current 4L60E with new transmisson same model due to milage on current tranny. My question is the Ramjet 350 a good choice (I like to stay with fuelie), will the 4L60E bolt to the engine, can I use existing electronic tranny controller module, would overhauling my existing tranny be an alternate option maybe save some cash.

The Ramjet is a good setup based on a old concept with new technology.It will bolt up to it just fine and the harness shouldn't be to much if any problem at all.
